Is my account number changing?
Yes, and you will receive an email after the billing system transition is complete with your new 14-digit account number if you have an active email address on file. You can also find your account number at the top of your bill which will be arriving in the mail in November.

No, this website will be retired on October 24. After this date, go to optimum.net and sign in with your Optimum ID and password to manage your account.

What's an access code?
An access code is a 4-digit number you use to identify yourself when speaking with Customer Care at a store, on the phone, or when chatting online. It's required when updating personal information, modifying your account, and more.

How do I set up an access code?
To set up your access code, go to optimum.net/profile/access-code/ and sign in with your Optimum ID and password.

Will I still receive communications about my account and payment reminders?
We recommend that you verify your contact information and notification preferences at optimum.net/profile when you create your Optimum ID and sign in to your account for the first time.

How can I view my old statements after October 24?
We recommend you download PDFs of your Morris Broadband statements, so you have access to them while we work to add these statements to your Optimum account.

You will continue to access your Morris Broadband email account by going to http://mail.morrisbb.net/

How do I sign in to TV Everywhere or programmer apps? Can I watch TV on the go?
Beginning January 11, 2022, Morris Broadband will no longer be available for selection as a TV provider when logging into TV Everywhere networks. To continue watching your favorite programming, please select Optimum as your TV provider and log in with your Optimum ID and password. For a full list of networks with TV Everywhere, visit www.optimum.net/tvtogo.

Will the way I access the voice portal be changing?
No, you will continue to access the Voice Portal at voice.morrisbroadband.com/portal



Will my monthly payment amount change?
Unless you make a change to your service or equipment, your monthly recurring rates will not change. You may see a slight variance in the taxes.

Will my bill look the same?
Your monthly bill will have a new look, but it includes much of the same information. All the highlights you need to know are on the first page for easy access, such as your previous balance, current charges, amount due and, due date.

Is my due date changing?
Yes, your payment due date is changing. Please check your first bill to understand your new due date.

Will I receive my bill the same time each month that I do today?
Yes, your bill will arrive around at the same time each month that you receive it today.

What's the difference between "New Bill Activity" and "Total Amount Due"?
"New Bill Activity" shows the charges to your account during your billing period. These include your regular monthly service charges, one-time charges, and taxes. "Total Amount Due" shows the total of the new charges plus any unpaid balance on your account as of the date the bill was issued to you.

Payment Management

I'm signed up for Auto Pay and Paperless Billing. Will I need to re-enroll after October 24?
Yes, you will need to re-enroll in both at optimum.net/pay-bill. You will need your account number to create an Optimum ID to enroll through optimum.net.

I use my bank's online bill pay service to pay my bill. Will I need to make changes?
Yes, you will need to update your new 14-digit account number and remittance address with your bank or financial institution.

Is the address where I mail bill payments changing?
Yes, the new payment remit address is Optimum, P.O. Box 70340, Philadelphia, PA 19176-0340. Please make sure your checks are made payable to Optimum.
